The first thing I would do is dump MCI, as you probably know, they were part of the WorldCom scandal. Also, MCI has a reputation of "bait and switch" schemes as long as your arm as well as being one of the worst when it comes to "slamming" customers of other Long Distance Services who made inquiries into MCI services. Another one to be wary of is AT&T. Since de-regulation, it is nothing compared to what it was when it had to justify its charges.
