About that baler.... Yes it does get waxed once a year anyway.... Both Jason and I are a bit "fanatical" when it comes to care/service/appearance of our equipment. We run everything through the shop for cleaning, service, inspection, and adjustments before the season gets underway. The baler I was working on the other night was a fairly new Vermeer 5400 Rebel (smaller round baler) We still have to do the Deere 336 square, and MAYBE the old New Holland 273. (Its kinda "lost" its shine...) The Vermeer is pulled with either that same 2440 or the 4440. Jason tends to grab the 4440. (cab/26 year old son) I favor the 2440, and the great outdoors.
