If Your tractor is in any kind of shape You should be able to Fly with a 12 ft. With weight & good tires for traction, maybe even duals, a 14 ft. should be possible. I used to pull a 12 ft 4 inch Kewaunee with 20" blades EVERYWHERE in 3rd gear direct, about 5 mph, in Our clay hills, even in plowed ground, sometimes even dragging two sections of peg-tooth harrow with a Farmall 450-Gas, and sometimes discing stalks I could run in 4th gear with the wheels up on the disc. That was about 7 mph. Neighbor across the fence had a 730-D pulling about the same disc and We used to cover about the same amount of ground.
