I'd give a 40W stright weight oil a try, it will not fix the problem but will help the preassure. A lot of old tractors have low preassures like that and run fine for years. The problem could be a number of things main bears, cam bearing, weak oil pump. But you still may not have a big problem either. I have one tractor that I ran for years with little to no oil preassure and I never had any problems out of it. I did change the engine in it a couple months ago because it was getting weak also but I'm sure it would still run if I put it back in.
