Thanks that helps me surely mine should be wired the same. I bought this one brand new last summer and now I learned that they sold out to another company in Spain I emailed them and they dont know about the one I have the model RC so I will only be able to get parts for mine until the supply runs out with whoever has sold them. They still make water coolers but they are made a lil different. Yes mine has the control switch on the panel that goes on the celieng except it has push buttons.
