Satoh 650G Tractor - Value?

Can someone out there can help me! My father passed away leaving me 7 tractors. There has been interest from a neighbor regarding our Satoh 650G with an auger attachment and mower deck. It's not in the best condition but still the same, I don't want to get ripped off! Can you refer me to a value source website or catalog? Thank you.

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead!
