land dream

Im a 57 yr old farm kid so of mpls mn.They are building mansions in every field around here and every where else I guess.Always worked in town raised 4 kids never could afford land before .now maybe saved enough to swing 40 acres at most If we try and stay away from worst housing area.Somewhat of an investment but realy because the farm stays in a guy.Very stupid and dangerous or what?Best part is realters have that take it or leave it look on thier face. Thanks for any comments herman
