From being in the dealership business for a long time, I'd say everyone is right on the money! The bad thing is when things aren't selling those companies keep changing regional sales managers and of course they are watching floor plan accounts and if your behind on payments they put you on COD for parts so everytime the UPS truck rolls up you gotta cut a check and all you need is a couple bad accounts past due plus you gotta make payroll, people get unhappy when they don't get a paycheck. Boy am I glad I'm not into that anymore! I could go on and on but anyway they all do it no matter what color. Just remember that when you have the dealer in a squeeze on a past due tractor that he wants to get rid of maybe you need to cut him some slack or you'll be going 100 to 200 miles for parts and at $2 gasoline do the math.
