Thanks to all for the advise. My regular man has apologized profusely for ever suggesting this boob. We have since heard that this man has a history of getting into scrapes like this. Can I prove he was drunk? No. Is he worried about his reputation? No. Will he place a lien against me? Probably. Did he short out my system when he crossed electrical points on high pressure control switch, that caused a big flash, power surge in my house, and a big surprised look on his face? Yes. His bill says" Found leak in water reclaimer and electrical problems." His leak was imaginary as the reclaimer passed two pressure tests prior, and a two week ,350# test right after. The electrical problems were caused by him. Stay tuned.
