Hank-- all you have to do is start taking bolts out,but be carefull there small and will ring off so if you get a stubborn one apply a little heat(cherry red) and ease it out,I hate that drillinf and tapping I can never hit thecenter.When you get it apart clean all surfaces good and apply a generous coat of silicon.I purchase my cores from Taylor Equipement in Michigan and a gasket comes with it,Be sure to specify three row or four row same price,you dont't want a three row get all the coolant you can get. Going back a line up punch and wrenches to tighten bolts.I got a three wheel cart I bolt radiator to and build it attached to cart,when finished I plug outlets up and fill with hot water,and check for leaks. Its easier to tighen bolts on cart then reaching around that darn steering post. Hope I did'nt bore you. Later gman done a few
