I know the feeling.Didnt get a new truck for twenty years, first day home from the dealer at K- mart buying wax and cleaners since I vowed to take care of the finish, came out to a guy leaning over my fender to put a flyer under the wiper.well he scratched it with his belt buckle.First day I drove to work a guy hits the back and breaks the trailer light receptacle cover off.Wife used it and got keyed over fender. After that I just accepted the fact that with all good intentions nothing stays perfect forever and now my concerns are little.I would just go to a body shop and pay cash because in my state the insurance being involved would cost more in the long run.At least its made by an American company. That still matters to me as I hate foriegn cars.Good luck with the truck and avoid stress caused by inconsiderate morons.
