Special Antifreeze for Diesel?

I saw a thread over at agriculture.com today where one poster was saying it is important to use special Antifreeze in Diesel engines. I just put plain old Farm & Fleet stuff in my diesel last year. Have put about 40 hours on it since then but am now a little worried. Anyone else know anything about this?
