I bought a set of micrometers from sears online, when i got them, one of the mics had some problems with the threads binding on it. took it to the store, and they said i had to call the cattolog, the cattolog said i had to go to the local store to their service dept. and the first words out of the service ladies mouth was "we dont service those mics". they then said i had to get send the product back and they would send me a new one. i have not done that, because i think they may rip me off. so, i have a mic set, with one broken mic.
