The Mobil oil site says that all three (5000 mile pure mineral oil)(7500 mile mineral and synthetic blend) (15000 mile pure synthetic mobil 1) have had the additive package content increased about 30% to protect the engine with longer change intervals. I have not tried them yet,as I still have old stock/formula of Mobil 1 that I use in all my gas engines. FWIW I did oil analasis of the old formula Mobil 1 pure synthetic at 3-6-9-12,000 miles which said the oil was good for many more miles. I change it at 1 year,usually about 12-14,000 miles.Been doing that for over 20 years without an engine problem. An independent test of mobil 1 old formula showed that the additive package was about used up at 18,000 miles. below is a link to the Mobil site
