I live only about 40 miles from there. There is also a Vintage Half Century Of Progress Show in Rantoul: The "Vintage" Farm Progress Show featuring all the latest farming technology of 1950's and 60's August 26-27-28, 2005 Rantoul National Aviation Center, Rantoul, Illinois http://www.antiquefarm.org/halfcenturyweb/hcp2.html http://www.halfcenturyofprogress.com/ There is also the big I & I Antique Tractor and Gas Engine Club show in Penfield Illinois. I missed last year, but it's really neat. They have field demos.. threshing and a daily parade of tractors. They bought an entire school and surrounding grounds and turned it into a tractor museum. Very cool! I think that show is on I & I Club’s annual Historic Farm Days show at Penfield July 7 to July 10. I plan to be there at all 3! Can't ask for more than a 30 minute drive to hundreds of antique tractors!
