As the others said get you a Cobra 29 classic and spend your money on a good noise canceling mic and a good antenna. Now if you want to go all out you could get a Galaxy with echo; talk back; reverb; all the bells and whistles. You could then sound like a big truck driver. (chicken hauler) Also do not for get the voice changer so you can make your voice sound like a girl. You can then drive every one at the truck stop wild with anticipation.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
