John Deere model B pumping oil into the intake

have 47 model b had been sitting a long time
I have been using it about once a week and it is starting to leak oil out the fan pully and also for some reason it filled the oilcup on the breather way over full
Where is the source of oil getting into these areas? The oil also is getting into the combustion chamber but not so much now that I emptyed the oil cup on the breather back to fill line. also notice oil coming down outside if the breather stack
Where do I start ? could fan shaft leak cause other symptoms?
