Loader Hydraulics slow and trembling-Why?

I have a 25-hp diesel tractor with a Kelley loader. Works fine for the most part except after about 45 minutes or an hour, hydraulics movement gets real slow and eventually starts to tremble (both raising lift arms and dumping bucket load). Lowering lift arms or rotating bucket upward seems to work fine. Any ideas why this is happening and what can I do about it? Already tried changing hydraulic fluid -- no improvement.
