HELP PLEASE!

I just bought a case dc 1950. There is a whitish oil or greese coming from the rightside of the tractor, when you are sitting on the seat.when you look at it from the side it's towards the front of the clutch brake(round cylinder with pad that
stops cylinder when you pull back on the clutch.) Does anyone know what this would be. Also what type of transmissin fluid and hydralic fluid should I use or are they the same. Where do you check the trans. fluid and add the fluid.I know
where to add the hydrolic fluid. Is this the same place to add trans. fliud?
If someone could help me it would be a big help.
