1) Presumably Agent had sent the potential buyer to look at the property. 2) The "argument went down hill fast" While it may be inadvertent, the agent created a hostile/unsafe situation. You left in order to insure situation was defused. ========== So perhaps this is one to call the agent and let him know you felt you needed to leave the job due to concerns over your safety because of the argument that occured. Does he want to be billed just for the three hours or will you be able to finish the job unharrased and unthreatened? Maybe I'm all wet here...
