The Massy's broke again

I have recently been experiencing some problems with the Hydraulics on My Massy Workbull 204, The Machine is Making a grinding noise when I am lifing a load or just lifting the loader. The noise goes away when I let Off the hydraulics. The Loader is also really slow. We have had the pump off and taken to a hydraulics man but he said there was nothing wrong with the Pump. I am wondering if it is the Controls ? Any Input would be great, because I have the whole summer I need to work with the beast.

P.S. The rear hydraulics will only lift 120 pounds too.
