You do not know where to sell it, you do not have a place to store it. If it only makes 2000 ( I am thinking closer to 3000) bales that is $700 and all you have to do is reach out and take the check. People may be paying $4-$5 a bale but I bet they aint coming out to the field and picking it up for that. If I were going to plow or disc or even no till I would rather have the extra money to spend on fertilizer than fight thick straw on the ground. With what info you provided I sure wouldn't buy a baler just for that. I think I would accept' I think it is close enough to be fair being a neighbor and all
