Wheelhorse is very reliable. If you are going to move snow, you want the hydrostatic transmission, reguardless of if you are using a plow or a snow thrower. I have a 1992 520H that I have really beat on, and it hasn't let me down yet. I mowed a 1 acre yard, a 4 acre pasture, and used the mower as a brush hog to make and keep clear about a mile of horse riding trails. I finally got a Farmall 100 to help out in the pasture and the woods, as I was pretty hard on belts and blades, went thru a couple sets a year hitting rocks and wood.
