You don't say what kind if tractor it is, but there should be a hand pump, probably on the fuel pump itself. Loosen an injector line where the injector goes into the head and pump the hand pump until you get the air out and get fuel coming out. You might have to do this to a couple or all the injectors. Sometimes you can loosen the lines and turn the motor over with the starter, but I think that is hard on starters. If it starts it might run rough for a little while, but should straighten out. There is also a chance of a little water or crud in the bottom of fuel tanks, which is another reason not to run one out. Hope this helps. Bob
