Unless you realy got a lot of air in it you should be able to bleed the air off at the filters until you get clear fuel. Of course that should have been done before you tryed to start it. Now you might have to find a bleeder screw on the pump too, maybe even the lines to the injectors. Best find a buddy to help you that has done it before or state the make and model of your tractor, maybe someone can walk you through it.
