Stamped Steel Seats

I was recently at a flea market and I bought 2
stamped seats. (one is attached to a piece of
spring) Anyway, I have been looking at tractors
from a few makes and it appears they all have this
same 24 hole (not including the center hole) seat.
I am under the impression that one place cranked
out thousands of these seats for the manufacturers
and are not specific to one make of tractor.
Am I correct?
