Ford 821 Hydraulics

My 821 didn't come with hydraulics when bought new. The options for the 820/821 were PTO or hydraulics. I think mine was used as a commercial tow vehicle. Is it possible to convert the tractor and if so where can I find the parts? Would a salvage yard be my best bet. Thanks for any help.
