Thanks for the kind words. I will be the first to say it is not a true restoration though. Those guys that do that are to be commended. I am however, trying to do a very good refirbishment and hope to end up with a NAA in excellent mechanical shape that isn't too hard on the eyes as well :) I have tried hard though to ensure the correct parts are installed and no unusual "modifications" are made. Ultimately, this tractor will replace my 8N workhorse at my 42 acres performing mowing duties and anything else that is needed. Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
