Fordson Dexta PTO

Can someone tell me the name of the fork that engages the PTO Shaft. It is the part that is connected to the PTO engageing lever that slides the PTO in and out of gear.
My fork broke on my tractor so the PTO would not
Engage. I need to find one but I need to know the name of the part. Any help would be appericated. Thanks
