vehicle (pickup, etc.) in Minnesota, would be &
is a huge fine. You can use dyed (untaxed)
fuel in ag equipment, such as tractors &
combines, as they travel down the road, but no
way are you going to talk the officer into
allowing your pickup to go free.....
