I have always understood that you had better have green fuel in your truck on the hiway.There may be exceptions if a vehicle has farm plates and is used only going to and from parts of the farm. Try convincing the tax cop of that though. Seems a better way to go would be to buy the green for hiway use and have you accountant figure the farm use and deduct it from your taxes.
