FIELD RECLAMATION

My employer has this field that the city makes them keep mowed. The money they pay is crazy so I am wondering about offering to mow it at a savings to them and a chance for me to make a little money with my old John Deere 60, so I have a couple questions.The field is very rough with ruts from construction equipment, so it will need to be plowed, disked, and reseeded. What is a good, CHEAP, grass to plant for a field that will just be mowed twice a year. Also how big of a rotary mower can I pull with my 60? What would be a fair price to work and seed the field, and then to mow it twice a year,the field is about 20 acres, located in central Ohio Thanks JDMAN60.
