Eyesore or not, if there is not a specific ordinance prohibiting parking an operational tractor in your yard then tell the old fuddy duddy to go fly a kite. I know municipalities sometimes will pass ordinances for abandoned automobiles in the street and others for them sitting in the yard, but your tractor is not an auto and not abandoned. That's what's wrong with out society today: People thinking they have a right to impose THEIR WILL on others. For some reason they can't see the flip side of that record; just their side. Religion is a perfect case in point. To believe or not, if so what and in what, and how to manifest the belief, and how to act and all. HTH Mark
