Buying old tractor?(long)

I've been trying to find a cheap,less than $3000,tractor to bush hog,drag trees, and maybe later do a little plowing. I want live PTO and 3pt but the only two I have found that are close are an Allis WD,$2500, and a WD45,$2000. The WD45 is not as pretty but seems to run OK. I know they are not true live PTO or 3pt. These prices seem high according to the board but I guess location is everything.What problems should I look for on these tractors or if anyone knows of any others close to SE Ohio let me know.
