I can relate, I'm working on my grandpa's 1963 Oliver 1600 he bought new in 64. We still have the original manual, and in it it has the date he bought it, the signature of both him and the salesman, and also where he bought it. I hope to hear the engine run within 2 weeks, it's been about 5 years now since I heard it last. I learned to drive on this one when I was 5, pulling a load of corn silage in from the feild. My dad put it in 1st gear, got off and drove the other tractor (massey 285) home. We still have both of them, and the 285 just rolled 6,000 hrs a few weeks ago. Donovan from Wisconsin
