Any competent starter shop can easily rebuild it. The parts should be easily obtainable through the NewHolland network, including the Case/IH network, as International used a lot of these starters as well on their Doncaster assembled tractors. Generally speaking, only minor repairs are made to these starters, such as brushes or bushings and cleanings. For the most part, they're failry cheap to buy new from NewHolland, so you can't justify spending much on an old one. If I can't have it fixed for 50 bucks, then I toss it. The lucas was a very common starter. Check around on new pricing. Best of luck. Rod
