601 workmaster

I have a ford 601 workmaster (gas). I have replaced the plugs, wires, points and coil. The problem I am having is after running for a while, it begins to skip and run rough. I have checked and cleaned the fuel glass bowel and it will run fine for a little while and start to run rough again. If I have trash in the fuel lines or gas tank how do I fix this? Do I get a gas tank liner, and are they hard to install? Help!
