Need a sickle mower part

Looking for a part that is called a Flat Spring.
It mounts on a Z9298 pitman arm for a #5 John Deere sickle mower. It looks like a spoon and is slotted
to accept a screwdriver or punch to lock & unlock the pitman arm to the ball on the sickle blade. Also need a latch rod which holds the sickle up for
transporting. Would really appreciate some help if anyone has these items or knows where I can get them.
