I think that you need to talk to Jack, he owns the land right? I own a hayfield that a friend gets free hay off of but has someone bale it for him. The guy that cuts and bales gets half the first cut, "all" the rest goes to my friend. The guy that does hay has tried to make deals around my friend, may have happened to you. Sounds like Frank may have been doing you a favor, don't confuse that with entitlement. You know, Frank let you do your thing while he thought things out, now he's made up his mind and moved on with buisness....again, talk to Jack.
