Joe: For an affordable pump that has sufficient output at PTO speed you will most likely end up with a gear pump. This will necessitate using open center power beyond valves (if you stack up enough single valves to do the job) or a bank type of valve with enough spools to get the job done. You will need a minimum of four, 4 way spring centered spools, for swing, boom, bucket and dipper. In addition you will need a spool for each stabilizer and one for the hoe extension cylinder if it is an extenda hoe. Most small hoes have a 6 spool bank valve with joystick handles on the spools controlling the swing, boom, dipper and bucket, giving you 2 handles for 4 valves. With each of the stabilizers having an individual control handle for each valve. Hope this helps Tom R.
