Getting runaround by a company that sold me rims f

a "56 farmall mcormick IH 300! Shipped me rims with the center lug that fits the h & m models, mine has the double bead around rim for the wheel clamps to saddle on. The rims he shipped have the center lug raised and when I put them on the drive lug on the rim fits tight around the hub and will not allow clamps or the lug nuts to go onto the stud. He swears it is the rim for that tractor & doesn"t want to give me a refund or the right rims. Please help
