I just bought a new 16" utility, electric brakes, with new 6 ply trailer tires, bulldog hitch for $1195 this past weekend.
The trailer appears to be well made, with 4" channel all the way to the fenders, rather than just to the front.
It"s supposed to be able to carry 6,000 lbs.
You mentioned possibly transporting a bobcat---those things weigh about 6500 lbs, so you might consider that before buying this trailer.....
