Power Trip. It's often some looser with a yard full of junk or stuff that will some rust into junk. They feel pretty powerful when they can control and stop a winner from another success. Some sucessful person who drives in with a fairly new vehicle, decent clothes, a full set of teeth and cash in thier pocket. Can be stopped and frustrated just by saying "No". A cheap and easy victory for the local "dog in a manger". " Yep, I showed that rich smart *ss college boy who's who". Some venders are in denial and think that even through they keep doing the same thing. That next year they will "make it big" and restore that tractor. Show up in a beatup 20 year old truck and just a U-haul. Wear some ratty clothes, three days beard/no bathing/tooth brushing, talk hick and tell some sob story about the big corporate farmers making it tough for your little farm.
