I double-checked the WIX catalog, the 51775 is SPECIFICALLY listed for Ford tractors, while the 51515 is listed for Ford and Chrysler cars and trucks.

Both have the exact same physical dimensions and thread size and pitch, and obviously have been subbed for each other "in the field".

There is no further information given as to why the 51775 is specifically listed for the tractor.
