Joe, first thing to know is that there is no way to do this without spilling oil. Next, use only IHC HY-Tran fluid. Next, fill almost full to the plug. Start tractor, operate each hydraulic lever fully back and forth about five times. Then leave both rockshafts in the rearward position and top off your fluid just about to the top of the filler plug.
