Sorry Rusty...Iīm no innercity dweller...and even Ihave to use my car...and my post was only a thoughjt what to do was. Would You agree with me, that our Governments ( not only olīGeorge) had been clever? They gave us cheap fuel and cutted bus connections. Everyone goes to the big supermarkets and the shops in town ( we have about 2000 population here) closed their doors. So we needed our cars, cause we arenīt able to miss em. And now as the oil price is high ( hey whatīs about our american oil ????) they set tax level higher and we all have to bleed..... more money for the gov...less for us. BTW: Not sure if Iīve heard that right, but is it possible, that in europe cars ran with 50mpg?? and nearly the same comfort like we have here???
