GEE I want to be in your county... we have this thing called a limit and we cant get near that much.. The limits have been pushed way up and we never have got $42 an acre LOL would love that. We"ve proven yeilds for 30yrs I don"t know where your at but that"s the way it is here. The farm that I know gets 42 per acre rents for 150 per acre Witch was my original point it is just being passed on to add to expense"s the farmer has it really doesn"t help anything So every other landlord & investor hears of the 150 rent and guess what happens to all the other area farmers
