Cadet or Deere?

Hi, I'm looking at the Cub Cadet 7205, and the John Deere 4100 tractors. The specs are pretty much the same for both. 20HP, 3 cyl diesel, Cat 1 hitch, etc. How do they compare? What should I expect to pay for each?
