I would get an older 2 wd unit. These tractors are much heavier built than the tractors of today. you can also find them for much less and when compared to the price of a new one, you can completely restore an older one. If you are not gonna use it much, I would get a gas, much easier to keep running, the diesels can have problems with seals in the pumps and engines. Hope you find what you need. Don't choose by color, go by what can be serviced in your area and what best fits your needs. Good luck
