1958 International Harvestor

I have a 1958 I.H. 350 High Utility tractor with a single lever action hydraulic system. I keep blowing out the seal in my hydraulic pump. The hydraulic tank reservoir is building up too much pressure. Does anyone know if the hydraulic system has a pressure release valve? If it does, where is it located? If it doesn't, does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this?
